We are hiring a Mid-Level Civil Engineer for Hydrologic & Hydraulic Studies and Modeling!

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for a variety of projects including stormwater management, floodplain mapping, drainage studies, and other water resources projects.
- Utilize and master applicable software models such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, and other relevant tools to develop and calibrate models.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and professionals to provide integrated solutions for clients.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, technical memorandums, design documents, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and bids for potential projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best modeling practices and techniques.
- Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies as required for project approvals.
- Stay updated with latest trends, techniques, and software in the field of Hydrologic & Hydraulic engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in H&H engineering with a focus on modeling and studies.
- Professional Engineers (PE) registration in Texas or ability to obtain it within 6 months of hiring.
- Proficient in H&H software models such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid work permit authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
